Standard Pool House

Shown:  12x24 A-frame pool house with vinyl siding and standard vinyl-sided poolhouse features.

The standard poolhouse includes 7' walls, two 24x36 windows w/shutters, gable overhangs, 6/12 pitch roof, & a porch section under the main roof.  Painted duratemp poolhouses have a 6' double door (standard without glass), 3' single door (standard without glass), Miratec corners, & duratemp fascia & soffit with a 2x4 rake (painted the same color as the shed walls); the porch includes treated decking, painted lower & upper rails w/braces, & a painted ceiling.  Vinyl poolhouses have a 6' steel double door w/11 lite glass, 3' steel single door w/11 lite glass, vinyl corners, & Miratec fascia & soffit (may be painted a different color than shed walls); the porch includes composite decking, vinyl lower & upper rails w/braces, & a vinyl ceiling.  Standard porch sizes are shown with the prices but we can build poolhouses with different porch sizes than listed.

Custom Pool House

Shown:  12x18 hip roof cabana with a porch, white vinyl siding, 24x36 windows w/black shutters, black architectural shingles, gray composite decking on the porch, and pre-hung 3’ door with 15 lite glass and sidelites.

Cost to add 3x7 porch with columns, dormer style roof with window in gable, & composite decking to vinyl-sided building:  $1,296 plus permit & escort fees
